Dear family and friends,
We went to the oncologist this morning and the result is that the tumour has grown a bit since my last visit. This news wasn’t too much of a surprise to me, as my pain had been increasing in recent weeks, but I was relieved that it had not spread to any organs, (it is in the lymph nodes, near my left kidney). However I remain confident in the fact of God’s healing hand on my life and also that I will continue to pursue alternative treatment. We are seriously considering a health retreat place outside Melbourne for me where they offer a 19 day detox/treatment program. Please pray for wisdom for us as we consider this. Our current plan though is to return to Thailand next week. God continues to speak to us about waiting on Him and trusting Him. We are sure God makes obstacles serve His purpose.
You will understand that we need you to continue to pray for us and we hope this update will inspire you to do so. I have included a family photo taken at a wedding in Chiang Rai last weekend, Zac is the only family member not present.
